HOUSE WASHING
We use soft-wash washing techniques (low-pressure) to clean the exterior of your property. We can remove organic growth such as algae, mold and mildew, cob webs, mud gobblers and other staining. House washing includes the outside gutters, fascia and soffit, walls and built in lanais’, covered porch’s and rinsing of the windows.
1. Walk around property and listen to customer concerns.
2.Tape up any electrical components before wash.
3. Water down any plants near property before applying solution.
4. Do a thorough cleaning of property including cleaning the fascia, soffits, outside gutters, walls, removing cob webs, algae, dirt, mud gobblers around house including cleaning around the windows.
We offer window cleaning as well (not included in house wash price) which means after washing house I go around and clean the windows with spot free water using soaps and squeegee and then wipe down around edges and corners.
I called 6 local pressure washing companies, all with a 4.6 rating or better, and David was the first to respond with an estimate and an availability date. He arrived on time and hustled throughout the entire job with great are and attention to detail.
